Asterisk Youth Banded Undersleeves are the official OEM undersleeves for Asterisk youth knee braces, designed to be worn under the Micro Cell and other youth Asterisk braces. Keeping young riders comfortable in their knee braces is critical to encouraging consistent brace use — and undersleeves are the single most effective way to eliminate the irritation and discomfort that makes kids reluctant to wear their braces.
The Banded design uses grip-banding at top and bottom to prevent the sleeve from sliding or bunching during activity. The moisture-wicking fabric draws sweat away from skin during warm weather riding, and the compression fit provides mild additional knee support. Correct undersleeve use also extends the life of knee brace padding by providing a barrier against direct sweat contact.

Asterisk Technologies manufactures motocross knee braces designed for competitive off-road riding. The Cell and Ultra Cell series feature a polycentric hinged design that mirrors the natural flexion arc of the knee joint and includes an anterior tibial restraint system to prevent hyperextension under impact.
Asterisk braces are CE Level 1 certified and designed to be worn directly over base layer or under riding pants without requiring additional strapping systems. The polycentric hinge allows full range of motion in the riding position while the restraint geometry limits the joint angles associated with ACL and PCL loading under crash conditions. Sizing is based on knee circumference for correct hinge axis alignment.
