Read the size on the sidewall of the tyre you are replacing. In 70/100-19, 70 is the tread width in millimetres, 100 is the sidewall height as a percentage of that width, and 19 is the rim diameter in inches. The load and speed code (for example 42M) follows the size.
Geomax tyres are tube type. Order the Motion Stuff inner tube in the same size with the tyre.

The MX34 is Dunlop's soft-to-intermediate tyre for sand, mud and grassy tracks; the MX53 is its intermediate tyre for packed mud to stony, hard-packed tracks; the MX54 is rated by Dunlop a step up from the MX53.
