The Wiseco W6994 is the Wiseco top end gasket kit for the 85 cc two-stroke engine of the KTM 85 SX and Husqvarna TC 85. Wiseco supplies the gaskets and seals for the top end under one part number; the kits are made for Wiseco by gasket manufacturers and inspected by Wiseco.
Fits (Wiseco): KTM 85 SX and Husqvarna TC 85, 2018, 2019 and 2020, small wheel 17/14 and big wheel 19/16. KTM's spare parts catalogues list the same cylinder seals for the 85 SX up to 2024; Wiseco itself lists the kit for 2018 to 2020.
On this engine the cylinder head seals with O-rings around the combustion chamber insert, not with a flat head gasket, and KTM lists the cylinder base gasket in five thicknesses for setting the squish (KTM spare parts catalogue, 85 SX).
