The ProX 34.6118 is the complete gasket set in the ProX range for the 85 cc two-stroke engine that KTM, Husqvarna and GasGas share. ProX makes its complete sets for a full engine rebuild, top end and bottom end, under one part number.
Fits (ProX catalogue 2026): KTM 85 SX 2018 to 2026, Husqvarna TC 85 2018 to 2026 and GasGas MC 85 2021 to 2026, small wheel 17/14 and big wheel 19/16. It does not fit the KTM 85 SX before 2018 or the KTM 105 SX; ProX lists other sets for those.
On this engine the cylinder head seals with O-rings around the combustion chamber insert, not with a flat head gasket, and KTM lists the cylinder base gasket in five thicknesses for setting the squish (KTM spare parts catalogue, 85 SX).
Crankshaft oil seals: ProX lists them as a separate part, the oil seal set 42.6103.
Smaller jobs: the ProX 35.6118 top end set when only the top end comes apart, the ProX 36.6118 head and base set for a piston change.
Matching parts in stock: Wiseco 47.00 mm piston kits, Pro-Lite and Racer Elite, and the Wiseco WCA128 crankshaft for the KTM 85 SX.
