The official 6D ATR-3Y Comfort Liner is the genuine OEM replacement comfort liner for the 6D ATR-3Y youth motocross helmet. Regular liner replacement is essential for hygiene and maintaining the precise fit geometry that ensures the helmet's ODS™ system performs as certified.
Made with Dri-Lex® antibacterial fabric, the liner wicks moisture, resists bacterial odour, and is machine washable. Using a non-OEM liner in a 6D helmet compromises both comfort and the helmet's certified protection profile — always use genuine 6D parts.

6D Helmets is an American premium helmet manufacturer specialising in Omni-Directional Suspension (ODS) technology for motocross and off-road applications. The ODS system uses dual-foam construction with elastomeric isolation dampers positioned between the inner and outer helmet shells, designed to manage both linear and rotational impact energy in a single integrated structure.
The ATR-2 and ATR-2Y models are produced in composite fibreglass and full carbon fibre shell configurations, certified to ECE 22.06 standard. 6D helmets are built for riders who prioritise impact energy management over minimum certification compliance — ODS technology reduces peak G-force transmission at impact velocities where single-foam helmets reach their energy absorption limit.
